Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of installation to start your return authorization and receive your prepaid shipping labels.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Our professional logistics team will schedule a time to safely uninstall the Tonal trainer and pack all associated smart accessories.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once the equipment arrives back at our facility, our technicians will inspect the hardware to ensure all components are accounted for and in good condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After inspection approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
